Getting it right for hearing
Getting it right for hearing

[UPDATE: The questionnaire referred to in this post is now closed. See the findings here.]

We are exploring how easily people can hear and follow what is being said at meetings & events of all kinds. Are things great? Terrible? Variable?

We have created a short questionnaire to help us gather feedback on the experiences people are having.  We want to understand more about how well meetings and events are taking people’s hearing and communication needs into consideration.

We are keen for people with all types of hearing ability to complete the questionnaire.  We will use the feedback that we gather to influence change and improvement where this is shown to be required.

There are between 10 and 20 questions, depending on your answers. It will take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete. As always, we will share the findings with you.

To show our appreciation, all respondents have the chance to enter a prize draw to win £100 in Amazon Vouchers. To enter the prize draw, you must complete the questionnaire by midnight, 30 November 2017. See here for full terms & conditions.

Please note – If you attend a meeting/event on a regular basis and want us to help gather feedback from all the attendees of that particular meeting/event, let us know. We can supply a different questionnaire that will help to quantify the scale and significance of the specific issues for everyone in that meeting/event (difficulties may be far more wide-spread than you or anyone else realises).  Ask us about this.

  1. The questionnaire mentioned above (Hearing in meetings and events) is no longer available online. I’d appreciate a copy, if that’s possible.

    • Hi Hilary, thanks for your message. That particular survey is now closed, which is why it is no longer available. We will add this information to the blog post to make this clear. Best wishes, Sally
